Ice Cream Freezer REntal Agreement

• Pre-packaged and individually labeled single-scoop ice cream

• *Delivery and pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of a 30 mile radius from Fairbury. 

• Minimum order to rent the freezer is 100 pre-packaged single scoop servings. Ordering for less than QTY. (100), please check out our Bulk Order Program.
• Booking notice - please place your order at least 30 days in advance to secure your event booking. Please contact us by email if your event is within 30 days.

•  Overall dimensions: 26” W x 28” D x 35” H
• Plugs in to a regular 110V outlet

 This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Bapo’s Treats, located in Fairbury, IL (“Owner”), and the undersigned renter (“Renter”) for the temporary use of an ice cream freezer for events. 

• Equipment Rented: Portable Freezer
• Rental Period: Date agreed on Event Booking Form.
• Event Name/Location: Location agreed on Event Booking Form.
• Rental Fee: Included in scoop fee paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

• Renter agrees to use the Portable Freezer solely for storing and serving ice cream products provided by Bapo’s Treats.
• Portable Freezer must be kept plugged in and maintained at appropriate temperature during use.
• Renter shall not modify, damage, or relocate the Portable Freezer without Owner’s approval.

•  Owner will deliver and pick up the freezer.

i. Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Portable Freezer during the rental period. On the expiry of the rental term included with the Event Booking Form, an agent of Bapo's Treats will pick-up the Portable Freezer and perform a post-rental inspection. The Portable Freezer and all of its accessories shall be clean, in proper working order, and in as good a condition as when received by the Renter. Any damage to the Portable Freezer beyond reasonable wear and tear, including removal of any attachments, advertisements, accessories added to the Equipment after the Rental Period Start Date shall, at the sole discretion of Bapo's Treats, be repaired and replaced by the Owner at the sole cost and expense of the Renter. Renter agrees to pay all of the costs and expenses incurred by Bapo's Treats on demand.

ii. If any of the equipment is not available for pick-up by an agent of Bapo's Treats at the end of the aforementioned Rental Term, the Renter will be deemed to have purchased the Portable Freezer and its accessories and will be charged for compensation equivalent to the replacement cost of the Equipment, as determined by Bapo's Treats, in its sole discretion.

In the event you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event may result in forfeiture of deposit fee.
